Who we are

ReplyMood ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered reply generation tool available at replymood.app. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at support@replymood.app.

Data we collect

• Account data — your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In when you create an account.
• Usage data — the number of replies you generate per day, stored to enforce the free plan limit.
• Payment data — billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your card details.
• Cancellation feedback — if you cancel your subscription, we store the reason and any optional comment you provide to help us improve the product.
• Message content — the messages you paste into the tool are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. We do not store or log the content of your messages.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the ReplyMood service.
• To manage your subscription and process payments.
• To enforce the free plan daily limit.
• To contact you about your account if necessary.
• To analyse cancellation feedback and improve the product.

Third-party services

• Supabase — stores your account data and usage data. Data is hosted in the EU (eu-west-1). Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — generates AI replies from the messages you provide. Messages are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google — used for authentication via OAuth. Google Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Daily usage counts are kept for 90 days. Cancellation feedback is kept indefinitely in anonymised form. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@replymood.app.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site.
