Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ReplyMood ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. For any questions, contact us at support@replymood.app.

The Service

ReplyMood is an AI-powered tool that helps you draft replies to messages. The Service is available at replymood.app.

• Free plan — up to 3 AI-generated replies per day.
• Pro plan — unlimited replies, priority AI generation, and access to all tones, billed as a monthly subscription.

Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Payments and subscriptions

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change the price of the Pro plan with at least 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Replies generated by ReplyMood are produced by an AI model and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any generated content. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyMood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
